What is Golden SEM?

The Golden SEM treatment is an effective scar treatment that goes beyond fractional methods for skin resurfacing. It is treatment that utilizes RF sublation fractionated bipolar radio frequency technology to place the heat energy effectively into the dermis where it can produce significant dermal impact with minimal epidermal disruption. The same session we do Dom light (Photomodulator light to promote tissue repairing in order to get better results.) Sometimes, we combine with cryo stem cell therapy from Switzerland to get the best results.

What is it for?
It is safe and effective way to treat acne scars, rough texture, fine lines, wrinkles and skin laxity on the face and neck with essential minimal downtimes. Anybody surface area and all skin types and colors can be treated. The following is a list of common conditions that can be treated with Golden SEM.

-Wrinkles
-Skin laxity
-Scars (Post Acne, Surgical Scars, Stretch Marks)
-Acne scars
-Textural irregularities
-Tone
-Superficial skin lesions

How does it work?
The Golden SEM system's ergonomic applicator delivers bipolar radio frequency energy via a matrix of 64 electrodes in the disposable applicator tip. The RF energy generates fractional deep dermal heating in the region of the electrode matrix to induce skin injury, thus eliciting a wound healing response. Less affected tissue surrounding the matrix points may be stimulated by heat which helps accelerate the healing process, leading to tighter, rejuvenated appearance of the skin.

Sublative Rejuvenation programs.
Program A-Shallow Impact: Mild ablation, dermal heating and skin resurfacing-for improvements in overall skin tone and texture.
Program B-Mid-Level Impact: Moderate ablation, dermal heating and skin resurfacing-for color and textural irregularity correction.
Program C-Deepest Impact: Intense ablation and skin resurfacing.

How long does it take?
Quick treatments: typically 10 to 30 minutes depending on area treated

How long is the recovery?
Minimal downtime so patients can quickly resume their normal activities

How many treatments will I need?
3 treatments, 4-6 weeks apart.
After treatments, skin surface will be red for 5-7 days. In some cases, there will be minimal scab can happen during day2-7. Some patients can go back to work right away, while some have to wait for 5-7 days. After 5-7 days, patients' skins will be smooth and glowing with less wrinkle; however, acne scars will take at least 1-2 months to show significant improvements. The skins will gradually improve and will show the best results after 6 months.
